Once purchased a custom design, please send us your logo, colour palette and wording you’d like on your design along with any other inspiration or information you’d like us to use when creating your design. We will not NOT copy other artists’ work, however we strive to create designs that align with your brand and your vision.

Once you have placed your order, please upload your logo and appropriate design files to the Image Upload on your Custom Crafts Account by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner. Alternatively, you can email us your artwork and design preferences to designs@custom-crafts.co.za . Remember to make the subject your order number and name.Refer to our FAQs page for more information regarding design requirements and more.
