Hi, Gabi here, founder of Custom Crafts. We are so happy you are here!
Custom Crafts, established for over two years and started in Cape Town, South Africa, Custom Crafts was born out of a simple idea that has grown into a thriving venture.
It all started when selling jewellery at a market and faced a packaging dilemma—there was nothing that truly met our needs. So, we took matters into our own hands, designing innovative business supplies and packaging solutions that embody our core values today: quality, reliability, affordability, and community.
Our mission is to create an engaging hub and community for small business owners and entrepreneurs who share our passion for growing their businesses on limited budgets and limited time. Over time, we’ve expanded our product offerings to include an array of items, ranging from business resources and tips to eye-catching business packaging supplies, all conveniently available in one place making shopping that much easier. Our business packaging supplies have earned a loyal following and is a fan favourite, with over 150 glowing reviews from small business owners across South Africa.
With the aim to build an even stronger online presence and community, we have recently started a new Instagram page @customcrafts.community where we post helpful small business tips and resources, motivation and inspiration. Our main page is @_custom.crafts

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item. If you have any concerns with your order, please email info@custom-crafts.co.za
Our general processing times are approx. 1-2 business weeks, and depend on current workload as well as other factors.
Our processing times are separate from the delivery times (see below).
Depending on the delivery method you choose, packages can take between 1-9 business days to reach you (after our processing times) . We use FastWay, My Courier SA as well as PAXI to ship orders.
NOTE: If you are located in an outlying area, we recommend using PAXI if you are situated near a PAXI point. To find your closest PAXI Point, go to the PAXI website then to PAXI points and type in your location.
